Justin Bieber accused of Stealing a Cell phone

Justin Bieber is being investigated by the LAPD for attempted robbery.
On Monday evening just after 10 pm the Baby singer allegedly removed a cell phone from the purse of a mother at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park in San Fernando Valley. The star was reportedly unhappy that she had taken pictures of him while he was getting into an altercation with another group of men at the mini golf course, according to TMZ.
But on Wednesday the same site talked
to one of the employees at the park who maintained the Believe star never touched the lady.

The employee told TMZ, 'The woman was definitely the instigator, being overly aggressive and ignoring security's requests to stop snapping pics.'
It was added that Bieber was 'upset,' that her flash kept going off, 'but he never got physical with the woman in any way.'
The source argued that surveillance video would back up the story but the cameras may have been too far away.

The pop singer, who wore jeans, a black T-shirt and a maroon colored beanie, is then said to have 'wrestled' with the mother to try and obtain her cell phone, to stop her from taking pictures, and eventually 'ripped' it from her hands. She was with her 13-year-old daughter at the time.
TMZ report that the woman says Justin was unable to delete the pictures when he finally got hold of the phone, as it was locked.
