Mango Power Smoothie

Its super hot tot today so i decide to make a mango smoothie because gran bought a whole lot of mangos and no-one seems to be eating them so I'll put the to good use, Mango Smoothie it is . Here's the recipe below...

What you'll need

A cup of sliced mango ( mine was frozen)
2 scoops of protein powder (used vanilla flavour)
A cup cold of water.

How to:
Put it all into a blender mix until smooth and enjoy.
