Solange (28)  had an all white  wedding in New Orleans on Sunday where she got wed to long term boyfriend  Alan Ferguson (51) . She wore a gown created by  Humberto Leon for Kenzo and the pre - wedding look was created by Stephane Rolland.

Close to a 100 guests attended the wedding at New Orleans church Sunday afternoon to see Knowles and Ferguson wed. Jay - z  and Blue Ivy missed the pre-wedding party but joined Beyonce for the wedding ceremony.

It was a beautiful chilled wedding.

2 slices whole wheat bread
1 can light tuna packed in olive oil, drained
1 spoons mayonnaise
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 egg, hard boiled and finely chopped
 chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
salt to taste
4 leaves green leaf lettuce, chopped
4 slices tomato, thinly sliced

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add tuna, eggs, pickles, minced onion and lemon pepper and stir to coat. Add additional mayonnaise if needed. Salt to taste.
Divide tuna salad among 1 slices of bread. Top each with chopped lettuce and tomato slices. Top with remaining 1 slices of bread and serve.

Day 9 of our 30 day flat belly challenge - breakfast

Baked Eggs in the Basket

2 pieces of bread
2 eggs
Butter
Salt and pepper
Minced fresh chives, or any other green herb you like

A muffin tray

Preheat oven to 190 degrees; generously butter two muffin wells. Trim the bread to fit inside the muffin wells. Place a piece of bread into each well, then gently crack an egg into each piece of bread. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top of each egg and bake until the egg reaches your desired consistency (about 14-18 minutes gives set whites with runny yolks; increase time from there if you like a more well done yolk). To serve, let the egg baskets rest about 5 minutes in the tray, then run a sharp paring knife around the outside and use a fork to gently remove (if you used ramekins, you can serve them in the ramekins.) If desired, sprinkle minced fresh chives on top before serving. You can also serve with hollandaise if you like.

Day 5 of our 30 Day Flat Belly Challenge - lunch

Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread
1 small banana
½ tsp cinnamon
peanut butter

Toast bread and slice banana. Layer banana on one slice of toast and dust with cinnamon. Spread the second slice with peanut butter, then sandwich the two together and eat straight away.

Peanut butter - Keeps you full for longer
Banana - Helps speed up your metabolism and has few calories
Cinnamon - Helps store less fatty acid

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
10 almonds
1/4 cup broccoli florets, stems cut off
1 cup strawberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup of milk

Broccoli
Beef cut into cubes/strips
Carrot slices
Green and red pepper
salt and pepper
Chopped Onion
2Tsp of oil
1tsp minced garlic
2Tsp soya sauce
Cooked rice

How to...

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat; cook and stir beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Move beef to the side of the pan and add broccoli, green and red pepper, carrots, onion, and garlic to the pan. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes. Stir beef into vegetables and season with soy sauce salt and paper. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender. serve on your rice..

Finely chopped celery
Basil leaves

How to:
Mix eggs, celery and mayo in a bowl. Spread on your whole wheat bread and top up with basil leaves. Season with pepper.

Don't forget to drink your Apple and Cinnamon Water before eating.

Apple and Cinnamon Water

1 apple thinly sliced
1 fresh cinnamon stick
cold water
A large jug

How to:

Add apple slices and cinnamon stick to your jug. Pour the water in..

If you want more flavour you can add in more apples our slice them a bit thinner.

Drink a glass before every meal. Keep apple-cinnamon water in the fridge not more than 3 days.
