What you'll need:

2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 waffle
raisins

Spread waffle with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. You can also sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of raisins, sesame seeds, or extra peanuts for even more fiber, which helps deliver the meal's nutrients slowly and steadily.

What you'll need


1/2 a ripe papaya—peeled, seeded, and sliced
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

Mash the papaya in a bowl with a fork until evenly mashed, mix in the other ingredients by hand. Spread over your face, be careful that no mixture gets into your eyes. Let it sit for 15 - 20 minutes. Wipe or rinse your face clean with warm water.

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 whole-wheat tortilla
1 large lettuce leaf
4 slices lean roast beef
1/4 cup chopped tomato

How to make:

1.Mix the mayonnaise and horseradish in a small bowl. Spread the mixture on one side of your tortilla.

2.Place the lettuce leaf in the center of the tortilla, followed by the roast beef and tomato. Fold the outer edges in, then roll.

So today I tried something new for breakfast, mixed berries with roasted nuts and seeds. It was delicious and filling. I definitely give it a thumbs up for the amount of calories it has, it's the perfect morning meal for a flat belly. Come on give it a try.....

What you need:

3 cashew nuts
3 hazelnuts
20g  sunflower seeds
20g  pumpkin seeds
50g  blueberries
50g  blackberries
50g  raspberries
50g  Greek yogurt / plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the nuts and seeds on a baking-tray and cook for four minutes.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on top of the berries with the Greek yogurt.

The Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana soccer star was tragically shot about on Sunday 26 October 2014 around 11pm. According to Supersport Senzo was allegedly killed outside Kelly Khumalo’s house after an unknown male opened fire in a botched robbery.

The man apparently wanted Senzo's cell phone and money. Kelly Khumalo has been spotted leaving the hospital.

Police are investigating the matter.

Here is one of my fav snacks of all times... Its healthy and delicious, I hope you'll love it too.

What you'll need:

10 strawberries
Plain yogurt
1/2 small banana
2 teaspoon sliced almonds

How to:

1. Mash your banana in a bowl with a fork then mix in the plain yogurt.
2. With a knife, carve out the middle of each strawberry (careful not to cut yourself)
3. Fill the center of each strawberry with the banana-yogurt mixture and top with sliced almonds.

If you like you can add a bit of the slice almonds into the mixture.

1 cup dried orange peels( grounded)
1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of  olive oil

Blend all the ingredients together, and then rub over damp skin in the bath or shower.

NB: Do not dry the orange peels in direct sunlight. Dry for 2-3 days.

The Generations cast which was fired from the hit Soapie early this year were at loss with luck reaching a settlement yesterday at the CCMA.

The actors'  said they are going to put in a civil case for a transparent calculation for the commercial exploitation fees owed to them for use of the episodes and their images.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens next or if they'll take matters to arbitration.

We are not so proud to announce that Miss Tamara Dey and Ian Klawansky have truly broken up after five whole years of lovie dovie. Apparently they have been apart for over a month ( and we didn't know) but Tamara says there is no drama in their break up they will still remain just friends.

There had been rumours going around that the reason for the break up was that Tamar wanted children and marriage but Ian wasn't  ready to be hitched... When Tamar was asked about this she made it clear that all those rumours were a lie!

Well since there was no drama in their break up and they are still friends, they will still work together in making beautiful music.

So is the a chance of them getting back together? “We both realise we want to focus on ourselves. Our objective is not to find a way back to each other but rather a way back to ourselves.” Tamara Dey told The Juice.


Its a beautiful thing that they are still friends but still its just so heart breaking. *teary eyed*

Hi Divas and Divos

Now a lot of us have issues with dark underarm skin, which looks really bad when you lift your arms while wearing a vest/ tank top. I must just have the solution for you.

Take some turmeric, mix it with lemon juice to form a paste. Apply it under on you armpits, leave it there for about 30 minutes. Then wash it off with warm water. You can do this 2-3 times a week.

Another tip is mixing papaya pulp with lemon juice. Rub on the skin for a few minutes and wash it off.

You can use these methods on other body parts as skin lightener.
