The couple of six years tied the knot in Bedford, New York. Palermo posted the first official wedding photo and blogged about the ceremony on her site on Saturday, June 28.

"The two said their vows amongst only a handful of family members and closest friends as they were surrounded by ivy and blossoming flowers in a quiet park tucked away in Bedford, New York," the site read. “We really wanted to keep this beautiful day very private and special to us and enjoyed the whole day with our family and two friends."

His memorial service was held in Johannesburg at the Standard Bank Arena and was attended by many industry greats as well as politicians, fans and friends.

Bonang Matheba announced that she decided to leave MetroFM, after the SABC refused to allow Matheba to continue with a World Cup Lifestyle show on SuperSport.

The SABC says that no one that works on any SABC platform is allowed to be part of any other broadcasters in any medium.

Subsequently, Matheba decided that she could not agree to those terms as it did not align with her future plans.

"Metro FM is a fine station and it is a pity that my journey with them has been so short.

"I am an independent freelancer and have been working peacefully with all broadcasters over the years.

"My future potential cannot be jeopardised by accepting terms that will not grow my career. I could not agree to the SABC's blanket terms - in restricting me to work with other broadcasters even though my contract with them was on radio.

"Thank you to the team at Metro FM for a wonderful time thus far. Onward and upward!,” Matheba said in a statement.

Jub Jub who is spending his sentence in the Johannesburg Prison, aka “Sun City” was caught having sex with his girlfriend.

The alleged incident took place about two weeks ago during an award ceremony, “loud screams apparently gave them away and they were caught in action,” said a warden.

Jub  Jub was soon moved to  Leeuwkop prison.

"The transfer of offender Molemo Maarohanye to Leeuwkop Maximum was part of an overcrowding management process.

"Therefore, it has no bearing on allegations that he was transferred due to an alleged incident."
