Quick flat belly Dinner - Beef and Veggie stir-fry: Day 3 Dinner



Broccoli
Beef cut into cubes/strips
Carrot slices
Green and red pepper
salt and pepper
Chopped Onion
2Tsp of oil
1tsp minced garlic
2Tsp soya sauce
Cooked rice

How to...

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat; cook and stir beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Move beef to the side of the pan and add broccoli, green and red pepper, carrots, onion, and garlic to the pan. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes. Stir beef into vegetables and season with soy sauce salt and paper. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender. serve on your rice..
