Day 5 of our 30 Day Flat Belly Challenge - lunch

Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread
1 small banana
½ tsp cinnamon
peanut butter

Toast bread and slice banana. Layer banana on one slice of toast and dust with cinnamon. Spread the second slice with peanut butter, then sandwich the two together and eat straight away.

Peanut butter - Keeps you full for longer
Banana - Helps speed up your metabolism and has few calories
Cinnamon - Helps store less fatty acid
