Healthy breakfast Ideas: Mixed berries with roasted nuts and seeds (399 cal) - Belly fat burning



So today I tried something new for breakfast, mixed berries with roasted nuts and seeds. It was delicious and filling. I definitely give it a thumbs up for the amount of calories it has, it's the perfect morning meal for a flat belly. Come on give it a try.....

What you need:

3 cashew nuts
3 hazelnuts
20g  sunflower seeds
20g  pumpkin seeds
50g  blueberries
50g  blackberries
50g  raspberries
50g  Greek yogurt / plain yogurt

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the nuts and seeds on a baking-tray and cook for four minutes.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on top of the berries with the Greek yogurt.
