Kim Kardashian was attacked at Paris Fashion Week by the same man who assaulted actress America Ferrara, by crawling under her skirt.

The man jumped onto Kim while was getting out of her limo to attend a show. Unfortunately the man will not be charged for the attack. See the video below...
